"Blackford County: Welcome Home"

A promotional video for Blackford County which consists of Hartford City, Montpelier, Shamrock Lakes and part of Dunkirk, Indiana. This was in concordance with a grant from IOTD (Indiana Office of Tourism Development http://www.visitindianatourism.com/) and is aimed at highlighting the current residents of Blackford County and also showcase the events and possibilities that Blackford County has to offer. I was hired to Produce a Promo Video for Blackford County Indiana. The client wanted a video that could be used for encouraging businesses and people to move into the area. After viewing many videos of this type I decided I wanted to go in a direction that would tug at the hearts of the people who lived in the area and to hit viewers with a love for small towns right in the feels. I saw this as their selling point. All the things that we idealize about small towns was their strength. I sat down with my script collaborator (Matthew Gavenda of Ambit Design) and discussed directions
